Contemporary Double Vanity with LED Backlit Mirrors – Charlotte, NC Bathroom Rem

This contemporary primary bathroom remodel near Uptown Charlotte, NC transformed a dark, dated space into a bright, spa-inspired retreat with clean lines, warm textures, and modern functionality.

The original bathroom featured heavy granite countertops, dark cabinetry, and builder-grade lighting that made the space feel closed in. The renovation focused on creating a lighter, more open atmosphere while introducing timeless contemporary finishes that balance warmth and contrast.

A custom double vanity in a natural wood tone anchors the room, topped with a sleek white quartz countertop for durability and low maintenance. Matte black plumbing fixtures and hardware provide bold contrast, while LED backlit mirrors and modern sconces deliver layered lighting ideal for daily routines.

The walk-in shower was fully reimagined with deep blue subway tile walls, a frameless glass enclosure, and a white hexagon tile floor for subtle visual texture. A recessed shower niche adds practical storage without disrupting the clean aesthetic. The large-format dark floor tile grounds the space and enhances the contemporary design.

Soft neutral wall tones brighten the room, creating balance between the warm cabinetry and the cooler tile finishes. The result is a refined, contemporary bathroom renovation that blends comfort, style, and long-term performance.

Custom Multigenerational Home

Modern Walk-In Shower with Marble-Look Tile | Bathroom Addition

Our client was in need of a home extension to add a bathroom to an existing office that was handicap accessible.

The bathroom is a modern design with a tiled walk-in shower with custom bench, grab handles and double shower heads for handicap accessibility. It has a double vanity sink with full size mirror and vanity lights. The 12x24" grey tile flooring contrasts the white shower and vanity for a modern look.

The bathroom has an enclosed toilet room with an elevated wc and handle bars for handicap use.  We also built a stackable laundry center space accessible from the bathroom  and a walk-in closet.

We also added a custom size window to existing office to offer more lighting and framed a full new closet for additional storage space.

Modern Kitchen Remodel in Rock Hill, SC

This whole-home interior remodel in Rock Hill, South Carolina was completed for returning clients after we previously renovated the exterior and built their custom deck. When they were ready to update the inside of their home, they invited us back to continue the transformation.

The project included a full kitchen renovation featuring white shaker cabinetry, quartz countertops, a subway tile backsplash, updated lighting, and stainless steel appliances. The homeowners chose to retain the existing tile flooring to align with their budget priorities while maximizing impact through cabinetry and surface upgrades.

Two bathrooms were refreshed, including a primary bathroom with a new walk-in shower, updated single vanity, modern fixtures, and a light gray palette to replace the original pink tones. The guest bathroom was upgraded with a new double vanity, updated shower/tub combination, and contemporary finishes.

Throughout the home, we removed popcorn ceilings, replaced carpet with new flooring, updated lighting fixtures, and applied fresh neutral paint to create a cohesive, modern aesthetic.

Home remodel due to fire

Our client called us because her home burned down. Our client was abandoned by a previous GC company after they replaced the roof. 

She was in need of a quick turnaround after being out of her house for 1 year. Fernando (owner) picked up where the other company left off and was able to complete this project within a few months after permits were granted. 

We have built a new home for our client, giving her peace of mind, and explaining what we did every step of the way. 

We worked within the parameters of the insurance claim and left our client satisfied. Keep an eye out for her review :)

This is a beautiful two story home with 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms and bonus room. It has an open floor plan concept with a lot of natural lighting. This house offers a lot of spaces to enjoy the outdoors with a large front porch with stamped concrete flooring and a large covered and screened deck.

Our client wanted us to help them improve their kitchen and bathroom with a few updates. This is not a full remodel and updated the following: 

Kitchen: Backsplash, cabinet refacing, and painting, kitchen paint (client selection)

Bathroom: Subway tile in the shower after removing a built-in tub. bathroom paint and  wainscotting on lower portion of walls.

Our client needed our help to transform their kitchen. We added plenty of storage and counter space. Updating the traditional sink to a farmhouse stainless steel sink. 

We renovated this kitchen from top to bottom by removing the popcorn ceiling through replacing the flooring.

Beautiful two story custom home with basement. This 4-bedroom home features the primary suite on the main floor w/huge walk-in closet and a gorgeous bathroom with a walk-in tiled shower. The kitchen has quartz countertops, grey and white cabinetry, and a large island that opens to the family room. Upstairs has 3 spacious bedrooms with 2 full bathrooms and a loft that would make for a great playroom or second family room.

We completely upgraded this tiny home and gave our customer what they were looking for- a clean kitchen with a pop of color, and hardwood floors through and through, lets's just say that they got the modern style home they wanted.
