Our Process
01.
First contact
On the first call we will understand the general aspects of the project and set a meeting to visit the site
02.
Site visit
We go over the project with you, understand your ideas, needs and budget restrictions and work with you to design the best solution for you
03.
Zoning and code reviews
When needed, our team reviews zoning and code restrictions, so you don’t have to do it. We will let you know if there are any obstacles and work with you to find alternatives when possible.
04.
Estimate acceptance and contract
You will receive an email from Fernando@bldgimpact.com with your estimate for you to review. We will give you a call to go over it and clear out any questions you might have. You will digitally sign your approval after which we will start your project.
05.
Process permits
If needed, our General Contractor will process all permits required and provide you with the documents (including mechanical, electrical and plumbing)
06.
Work
We will introduce you to the team leaders prior to work so you know who will be at your home. We will execute the project according to plans and specifications based on previous steps. We will keep you updated with the process and will request your written approval prior to any change orders.
Our General Contractor will coordinate all inspections when needed and inform you of the results to give you a peace of mind.
07.
Project completion
We will do a final walk through with you to confirm that everything was completed according to expectations and identify any punch out items that still need to be addressed (if any).
