Complete Manufactured Home Interior Renovation

This manufactured home underwent a complete interior transformation, taking the space down to its underlying structure and rebuilding it into a bright, comfortable, and functional home.

The original interior featured dated wood paneling, older flooring, an enclosed kitchen, and finishes that made the home feel dark and compartmentalized. Building Impact removed the existing interior finishes and reworked the space from the framing forward, creating a fresh new interior while making better use of the home's existing footprint.

The renovation included new wall and ceiling finishes, flooring, lighting, interior finishes, and a completely remodeled kitchen with new cabinetry, countertops, appliances, and an updated layout. The main living areas were redesigned to create a brighter, more open connection between the kitchen, dining, and living spaces.

The completed home feels dramatically different from where it started: lighter, cleaner, more open, and better suited for everyday living.
